Today, we’re announcing a new feature on the Unit Dashboard to give clients better insight into why an application may be approved, awaiting documents, or denied. Our goal is to provide more detail into what evaluation criteria were flagged and why a particular document may be requested.

In the individual application page of the Unit Dashboard, you will now find a new section that details the different evaluation flags that were triggered as part of our review. Previously, applications were purely listed as approved, pending review, awaiting documents, or denied.

You will now be able to review the specific evaluation flags and understand why we may need additional identification or information. In the example below, the individual’s date of birth was not verified so additional identification documents are required.
