Introducing ‘Create Card’ Component
Today, we’re excited to announce ‘Create Card’, a prebuilt component for your banking frontend. It enables your customers to order their own debit cards inside your app.
Historically, this has been our most-requested feature. When you offer embedded financial products, the ability for customers to order new cards is foundational. At the same time, building this functionality in-house requires an investment of resources, and it’s difficult to get right.
Adding these few lines of code to your website can save dozens of hours of engineering time and help you get to market faster.
How it works
‘Create Card’ Component is the latest addition to our suite of White-Label UI Components. Today, it’s available for Mobile Web and is responsive for mobile and desktop. Support for charge cards and React Native, iOS, and Android are expected in late Q4.
Like all of our components, it’s fully featured while meeting or exceeding industry standards for security and fraud prevention. With it, you can:
- Upload custom card designs. ‘Create Card’ Component will support any card design (with your bank partner’s approval).
- Enable purchase limits and ATM limits. You can enable your customers to set monthly limits for purchases or allow/restrict their cards for ATM use.
- Control how many cards can be ordered. Once you and your bank partner have determined how many cards a customer can order, you can use ‘Create Card’ component to enforce those limits.
